to confirm your Alcatraz tickets.
Please be aware that Alcatraz reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and all reservations are
confirmed (5) days prior to your departure date. If, for any reason, you do not provide the requested information within
the specified time frame, your Alcatraz tour will be forfeited.
Alcatraz Cruises is the official concessioner to the National Park Service for Alcatraz Island, and the National Park
Service, in conjunction with Alcatraz Cruises, LLC, establishes all policies and procedures related to ticket purchases,
reserving your departure date and time, as well as ferry service to and from Alcatraz Island. While photo IDs are not
mandatory for every individual in your group, they are required for the person who made the ticket purchase.

DEPARTURE TIME 07:40 AM: Departure from Union Square (Post Street) pick-up location
8:00 AM: Departure from Fisherman's Wharf (Leavenworth Street) pick-up location
CHECK IN TIME: Please ensure you arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure
time. The bus tour will leave on time as scheduled, without any delays.
ARRIVAL POINT: Pier 33 Alcatraz landing. Customers will have to make their way to their hotels after Alacatraz
