Bay Cruise: multi-language audio tour is now available in nine languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, French, Japanese, Korean, German and Taiwanese. Customer needs to bring its own Wi-Fi enabled device to access the tour.
ARRIVAL POINT After City Tour Bus is completed customers will be dropped off at Pier 39 where they can
get on the Bay Cruise (Blue & Gold Fleet Landing). Customers will have to make their way to
their hotels after Bay Cruise.
CHECK IN TIME -Please ensure you arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure
time. The bus tour will leave on time as scheduled, without any delays.
VOUCHER TYPE Please bring your paper or electronic voucher with you on the day of your tour to be
redeemed upon check in.
