Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before boarding time to avoid missing your trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show. Return transfers are optional and available for an additional charge. Transfers are on a sharing basis. Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. The tour requires a minimum passenger count of 15 guests to operate the cruise. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions or insufficient number of guests, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellation has to be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
