Know before you go
1. The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. 2. Please note pickup time is from 02:30 to 03:15 pm and it may vary depending on the Hotel Location in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Marina, Deira or Bur Dubai hotels). Additional AED 25 per person for Al Barsha/Marina/JLT/ Palm pickup, payable directly to the driver.
3. Tuesdays are exclusively reserved for Families and Ladies in Global Village, except those falling on a public holiday.
4. The Operational hours for Global Village: Monday - Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am and Friday - Sunday: 4:00pm - 1:00am (Check Ramadan timings as below)
5. During Ramadan, Global Village will open at 6 PM. Therefore new pickup time will be at 03:30 Pm onwards instead of 02:30 PM.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
