Experience an exciting adventure by driving across the dunes in the latest, fully automatic, four-seater, off-road dune buggies. The Driver Experience offers you the opportunity to drive our Can-Am dune buggy for at least 20 minutes out of the two-hour experience while taking turns with up to three other guests in your shared buggy.
Overview
Join us for an exciting guided drive across the dunes in our four-seater off-road dune buggies. You can bring up to three friends with you on the trail, and your experienced safari guide will lead the way in the fourth buggy.
We'll pick you up from your hotel in an air-conditioned and comfortable 4-wheel drive vehicle. Once you arrive at the departure camp area, you can enjoy some refreshments before embarking on your adventure. Each Can-Am dune buggy can accommodate up to 4 people, and you'll take turns driving the buggy for a minimum of 20 minutes each while the others enjoy the thrilling ride from the passenger seat.
This guided tour provides amazing photo opportunities among the desert dunes. Don't worry if you've never driven a dune buggy before - we'll provide you with all the driving and safety instructions you need. All of our dune buggies are 4-wheel drive and fully automatic, with seat belts, roll cages, and off-road suspension.
And the best part? A portion of your fee goes to support local conservation efforts. After your adventure, we'll take you back to your hotel in the 4-wheel drive vehicle.

Know before you go
• Please note that the pick-up time for your tour will depend on your location, please reconfirm your pick-up location and time, by calling call us at + 971 800 272 2426 or sending us a WhatsApp at +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your booked excursion. Our customer support operational hours are 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time. • Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari. Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time. •Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide. •Note: Drivers must bring their valid driver’s license (issued by any country). Drivers should be 16 years and above. Children from 6 years old can join the experience as non-drivers however need to be seated in a private buggy along with the adult accompanying them. Please call + 971 800 272 2426 or email [email protected] for these arrangements with your booking reference number. •A security deposit of AED 5,000 (by cash or credit card) will be taken at the venue before the Dune Buggy Adventure piloting experience. Once the experience is complete with no damages, this amount will be returned in full. •This activity is not wheelchair accessible, and not recommended for expectant mothers or guests with back problems or heart ailments. • Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan. Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause the least offense.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Winter Season: 1st October to 30th April: 4 runs per day
* Morning pick-up time:
- 1st run is at 6:00 am
- 2nd run is at 9 am ( 30-min more or less depending on the location)
Summer Season: 1st May to 31st September: 2 runs a day

-5:00 am (30-min more or less depending on the location)
Drop off:
* 4 hours post pick-up ( 1-hour drive each way and 2hrs buggy ride)
Drive time:
* Each sharing passenger will get 30-min of driving experience with a swap every 30-minutes.
* Exclusive buggy a total ride of 2 hours.
•Note: Drivers must bring their valid driver’s license (issued by any country). Drivers should be 16 years and above. Children from 6 years old can join the experience as non-drivers however need to be seated in a private buggy along with the adult accompanying them.
