• All the guests need to carry a valid passport or Emirates ID for the tour. Guests will not be allowed to participate in the tour without a valid passport or Emirates Id. • Contact the supplier to confirm availability before booking: Local Freephone 800 892; International +971 4 432 8543; Mobile +971 55 995 0153. • Not suitable for pregnant women, people under 120 cm or 15 kg, and those with impaired mobility. • Exception: Children with a minimum weight of 15 kg may be accepted if they can fit in life jackets, charged at child price. • Arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time. • Late arrivals may be considered as no-shows. • The tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
