Dubai has transformed from a small town to a futuristic global hub in just fifty years. Our carefully designed hop-on hop-off routes let you experience the best of this vibrant city.
Our two main routes, the Red and the Blue, take in different sides of the city, so you get to see it all. The Red Route journeys from Old Dubai to New Dubai, featuring highlights like the Museum of the Future and the Al Seef Heritage Area. The Blue Route heads in the other direction towards the delights of the Palm Jumeirah and the Mall of the Emirates.
Your ticket also includes an Al Seef Dhow Cruise along Dubai Creek, offering a fresh perspective of the city and a peaceful ride on the water. You’ll also visit the iconic Dubai Frame—a 150-metre-high landmark with panoramic views of old and new Dubai, complete with a glass-floored Sky Deck linking its two towers.
Another highlight of your Premium Pass is the Sunset and Night Tour, which is the perfect way to experience the magic of Dubai at night.

Know before you go
• Get a head start on the day and take the first bus. Hop-on and Hop-off at your own pace.
• Departures: Red and Blue routes daily: From 9:00 - 17:00.
• First departure for both Red and Blue routes depart at 9:00 from The Dubai Mall bus parking.
• Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 18:00.
• All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual.
• Transport coach is a double decker bus.
• The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop.
• Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• IMPORTANT 'Redemption Instruction': To redeem your voucher for a ticket to other attractions like Dubai Frame or Dhow Cruise, kindly approach a City Sightseeing kiosk or driver of the bus. You will be issued a separate ticket for these attractions.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are refundable until they are redeemed. Once redeemed they are not refundable.
Additional Information
Red Route: The bus leaves Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking every 40 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.
Blue Route: The bus leaves Mall of the Emirates every 40 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.
Sunset and Night Tour: This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.

Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45
Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00

Al Seef Dhow Cruise: Daily and hourly from 10:00 to 15:00.

The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Dubai Frame tickets must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher at Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking.
