Please note that some bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made so please select carefully. The pass includes only single visits, no repeat visits allowed. A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded). Unused passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the first booked experience. Passes with advance bookings for selected attractions might be only partially refunded.

Complete registration; 3. Use the ticket number printer under the QR Code to add the pass to the app; 4. Select the attractions you are interested in and book. Once you're ready for your visit, simply scan the app and enjoy.
Please note that the Adventure Pass must be registered and activated on the Smartvisit app within 6 months from the date of purchase. The Adventure Pass is valid for 7 days from redeeming the first experience. That means that all subsequent experiences should be booked and visited within 7 days from the first experience.
