Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time to avoid missing your trip, late arrivals will be considered as Noshow.
Transfer within Dubai City Limits - 1830 HRS to 1900 HRS
(Bur Dubai / Deira / Sheikh Zayed Road until 2nd Interchange / Jumeirah 1 / Satwa / Al Wasl / Downtown / Business Bay / Quasis / Al Nahda)
Transfer from Beach Hotels - 1800 HRS to 1830HRS
Jumeirah Beach / Media city / Internet City / Al Barsha / Teacom / Palm Jumeirah / JBR / Dubai Marina / JLT
The Boarding will start at 1845hrs onwards.
Departure will be at 1930hrs
Cruising Time will be 1930hrs – 2130hrs
The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Customers have the option to choose their seat/deck location for an extra fee of 50 Aed, which will be collected directly from the guests at the venue.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
