Overview
Wine is the blood of the earth in this region of Parma. Vinification has been part of this area for centuries, and you can learn all there is to know about viticulture inside the cellars of the Rocca di Sala Baganza.
Across six exhibits – from archaeological finds that trace wine's beginnings through to the final product – you'll chart the path of production and all the innovations that emerged to help produce, and preserve, the best from the grape.
