Wander Antoni Gaudí's garden paradise near Barcelona
Hidden away in the Pyrenees, Gaudí created a garden that has stood the test of time after more than a century. With tickets for Jardins Artigas, you can see his signature style throughout, including his broken mosaic style of trencadís which any fans of Park Güell will be quick to recognize.
As you stroll through the gardens – admiring fountains, benches, railings and bridges – cast your eyes back to the early 1900s when Gaudí was called to La Pobla de Lillet by wealthy factory owner Eusebi Güell, and asked to create a refuge for the workers and engineers of the Catllaràs mountain coal mine.
Visiting the gardens on most weekdays from Jan to mid-June and from mid-Sept to Dec) is possible only by collecting the keys at the Tourism Office first
. The garden is closed from 14:00-15:30
Cancellation is possible until 23:59 the day before the selected date for a full refund.
