Overview
Every Saturday level 124 of the Burj Khalifa will welcome the visitors between 05:00 AM - 06:30 AM to enjoy breath-taking views of Dubai and the mesmerising sunrise from 452m. Visitors can then proceed to The Café, located on the ground in The Dubai Mall, for a complimentary morning treat.
Know before you go
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Important Notice: Individual QR Codes Required for Entry
• Please note that individual QR codes will be generated per guest. Therefore, each guest must present their own unique QR code at the venue for entry.
• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room. Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on the 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
