• This activity is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant ladies and people with pre-existing medical conditions should not participate.
• During Ramadan water will be provided during transport. Consumption will be managed by the Tour Guide at appropriate places.
•Transfers are shared, with seating available for six guests and one safari guide. One seat next to the safari guide, three seats in the middle row, and two seats in the back row. Seats are not pre-allocated, and we implement a 'seat rotation' policy.

A PRIVATE CAR IS REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 135 CM TO FIT THE CORRECT CAR SEAT.• Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803. • Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. • Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour. •Present a valid voucher copy upon meeting your guide. • A private car is required for children under 135cm (2 to 4 years old) to fit the correct car seat. • Children under the age of 2 years cannot participate in off-road safaris. • Children aged 5 must have a child seat and can be booked in a shared vehicle. • Car seats must be requested and booked in advance by calling +971 4 303-4888 or emailing [email protected] with the booking reference number.
