•In case of poor weather or external operational issues, flights may be cancelled at short notice. Guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
•Weight and balance regulations may require flights to be rescheduled or passengers to be merged with another flight, subject to availability.
•Passengers whose weight exceeds operational safety limits are not guaranteed to fly, though the operator will attempt to accommodate them on alternative available flights on the same day.
•Children under 2 years old are not permitted to fly.
•Children aged 2 to 12 years must occupy their own seat and be accompanied by a guardian.
•Children are not permitted to sit on an adult’s lap during the flight.
•Passengers who are 7 months pregnant or more must provide a valid doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to fly.
•People of Determination are welcome onboard but must travel with a trained assistant for boarding and disembarking assistance.
•HeliDubai staff are unable to provide physical transfer or mobility assistance.
•HeliDubai reserves the right to refuse carriage if operational, technical, or safety requirements cannot be met, or in cases of disruptive passenger behaviour.

•Passengers must arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
•Your confirmed booking time may vary by up to 15 minutes from your selected slot.
•Please ensure a valid contact number, including country code, is provided at the time of booking.
•All passengers must present a valid government-issued or official identification document at check-in.
•Accurate passenger weight details must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide correct information may result in cancellation without refund.
•Passengers will be weighed before boarding to comply with helicopter safety and balance regulations.
•The safety weight limit for shared flights is 115 kg per passenger per seat.
•The maximum permitted weight for a single passenger on a shared flight is 140 kg.
•Passengers approaching or exceeding the weight limit may consider booking a private flight for a higher chance of confirmation.
•If required for aircraft balance, passengers exceeding or close to the weight limit may need to purchase an additional seat, subject to availability.
•Passengers requiring a seatbelt extender cannot be accommodated due to safety regulations.
•Passengers should wear comfortable and respectful clothing. Loose clothing, long scarves, and accessories affected by rotor winds should be avoided.
•Flat and secure footwear is required. High heels and swimwear are not permitted.
•Large bags, purses, and baggage are not allowed onboard and must be stored in designated lockers.
•Passengers are subject to security screening in accordance with GCAA regulations.
•Guests must follow all crew instructions during the flight, including remaining seated with seatbelts fastened at all times.
•Casual tourist photography is permitted; however, commercial photography and restricted equipment require prior approval from Dubai authorities.
•The following items are not permitted onboard unless approved in advance: iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders Cameras with lenses exceeding 400mm
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience. No-shows and late cancellations are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-AMENDABLE.
