Please note that this ticket includes two experiences - access to At The Top, Burj Khalifa Sky Level, and the Sky Views observatory at Address Sky View.
Peak hour timings change over the seasons. Please check the booking slots for the most current peak and non-peak hours.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+), and a consent form from the parent/s is required. Please note that when purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, an adult ticket must be selected. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
The experiences take place in two different locations in Downtown Dubai.
You can access all three levels at At The Top, Burj Khalifa, for the following durations:
148th floor: 45 minutes
124th and 125th floor: 90 minutes
Directions for At the Top, Burj Khalifa Sky Level:
To collect their tickets and enter the experience, customers must visit the main counter of At The Top (LG Level, Dubai Mall). They can then proceed to the attraction where they have to present their printed ticket along with a booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost. Please arrive at the venue 30 min before the booked time.
Sky Views Observatory: Guests can experience Sky Views Observatory for 60 minutes
Directions for visiting Sky Views Observatory:
Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Hotel. Access via Tower 1 entry point next to the resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, Sky Views is a conveniently accessible landmark.
During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Know before you go
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
•The ticket does not include the slide experience or the edge walk; those can be purchased as a supplement directly at the attraction's counter.
•Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and will be kept in the luggage room.
•Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
•Guests participating in the Sky Slide experience must be between 1.2m and 2m in height, and 30kg – 150kg.
•We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing for this experience, including modest dress.
•Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing medical conditions so they can ensure you enjoy the best possible experience.
•Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on the 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Sky Views Observatory will be open from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
