At the Top, Burj Khalifa Sky:
•Guests can access all three levels for the following durations:
Level 148: up to 45 minutes
Levels 124 & 125: approximately 90 minutes
•To enter the experience, guests must collect tickets at the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and present both the printed ticket and booking confirmation upon entry.
Sky Views Observatory:
•Guests can enjoy access to the Sky Views Observatory for approximately 60 minutes.
•Sky Views Observatory can be accessed through the Address Sky View via the Tower 1 entrance next to the resident entrance. The attraction is conveniently connected to the Dubai Metro and public walkway system.
•The Sky Slide and Edge Walk experiences are not included in this ticket and can be purchased separately at the attraction counter.
Important Information:
•Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp objects, and baby strollers are not permitted inside the attractions and must be stored in the luggage room.
•Guests participating in the Sky Slide experience must meet the following requirements:
Height: 1.2 m – 2 m
Weight: 30 kg – 150 kg
•Comfortable and modest clothing is recommended for all experiences.
•Guests are encouraged to inform the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing medical conditions before participating.
•On 31 December, access to all outdoor terraces will be restricted. Available booking slots will operate from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM only.
•Sky Views Observatory operating hours on 31 December will be from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Due to expected road closures and crowd control measures, access to Dubai Mall may be limited from 02:00 PM onwards.

Know before you go
•This ticket includes two experiences: access to At the Top, Burj Khalifa Sky and Sky Views Observatory.
•Booked tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot.
•Guests must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter located on the LG Level of Dubai Mall before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
•Once tickets are collected, guests should proceed to the attraction and present the printed ticket together with the booking confirmation. •Exchanged tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked time. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
•Peak and non-peak timings may vary depending on the season. Please check the booking slots for the latest timings.
•Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above, and parental consent may be required. Children aged 0–3 years can enter free of charge. When booking a child or infant ticket, at least one adult ticket must also be selected.
•During severe weather conditions, attractions may temporarily close for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided due to weather-related closures.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
