Additional Information
•Pickup Times: There are two pickup slots available for each activity during the winter season (starting from 1st October). The supplier will contact you to confirm your exact pickup time.
Morning Pickup: 8:00 – 8:30 AM
Afternoon Pickup: 3:00 – 3:30 PM
•Important Note for the Afternoon Slot
- The 3:00 – 3:30 PM pickup time is only for guests using shared transfers.
- Guests arriving on their own must be at the venue 10–15 minutes before 2:00 PM to begin the activity.
- Please plan your visit accordingly to enjoy the full experience.
•Before the Tour
- Provide an accurate pickup location during booking.
- Inform your hotel about your tour to ensure smooth pickup.
- Share your WhatsApp number and an active phone number (with country code) for updates or last-minute changes.
•Timings & Operational Changes
- Pickup times may vary based on hotel location and traffic.
- Tour and pickup timings may change depending on the season.
- The tour may be rescheduled or cancelled for operational or safety reasons. We will inform you in advance whenever possible.
• ++IMPORTANT: It is possible to allow 1 additional person to accompany as a pillion passenger on the Quad Bike.
However, there will be an extra charge of AED 135 per person for the shared transfers.
This will be payable directly to driver of the transfer vehicle. this request needs to be communicated with the supplier at the time of booking for necessary arrangements/confirmation.
•Important Notice on Camel Ride
- Please note that the camel ride activity may not be available on your booked date and may be temporarily suspended due to operational or safety reasons.
- This is done to ensure the well-being of both guests and animals.
- Partial refunds or compensation will not apply in such cases.

•Age Requirements:
- Drivers must be at least 12 years old.
- Bring ID – proof of age is required.
•What to Wear: Light summer clothing, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended.

Overview
Your day begins once you arrive our meeting point and you will be guided by our professional safari guide. Drive your own bike and enjoy the journey to the Lahbab desert where adventure awaits. Along the way soak up the breathtaking views of the silky red sand dunes. Upon arrival at the desert you can experience Arabian adventures including Sandboarding or Camel Riding. Then it's time to explore the open desert as you fly through the sand dunes on your Yamaha 350 CC quad bike. Feel the thrill of the adrenaline as you soar through the sand dunes and soak up incredible views across the desert along the way. Conquer the desert on this self drive experience as your guide leads the way.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that the camel ride activity may not be available on the booked date and could be temporarily suspended for operational reasons. This measure is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of both the animals and guests. Partial refunds or compensation will not apply in such instances. We appreciate your kind understanding.

• IMPORTANT: Kindly note there will be 2 pickup slots for each activity. In Winter Season, (starting 1st October onwards) morning pick up will be between 8:00 to 8:30 AM and afternoon pick up will be between 3:00 to 3:30 PM. The Supplier will reach out to coordinate further pickup details.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
