• IMPORTANT: Kindly note there will be 2 pickup slots for each activity. In Winter Season, (starting 1st October onwards) morning pick up will be between 8:00 to 8:30 AM and afternoon pick up will be between 3:00 to 3:30 PM. The Supplier will reach out to coordinate further pickup details.
• IMPORTANT: Kindly ensure accurate phone & email contact details are provided for smooth coordination.
• IMPORTANT: SINGLE SEATER ACTIVITY ONLY. Family members or friends will not be allowed to join the trip even as a spectator.
• Minimum age for driver is 16 years of age.
• Please bring ID as proof of age will be required.
• Light Summer clothes are recommended and good quality sunglasses and hats.
• Once your booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email from the booking team with your tour time and contact details. The tour management team will call you 12-24 hours to confirm your arrival time in our camp.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
