Steps:
• Scan the QR code on your ticket and select “Register Face Tag.”
• Enter your personal details and accept the Terms & Conditions.
• Capture and upload your photo.

Important Information:
• Each guest must have their own valid park ticket and complete individual registration.
• We recommend completing face registration at the point of purchase or at least one day before your visit, while you have internet or Wi-Fi access.
• Guests who do not register in advance may experience delays at the park entrance.

Alternative options for multi-park tickets:
• Download the Yas Island app, access your ticket, and add your face tag directly through the app.
• Visit Guest Services at any park, where your ID (passport or Emirates ID copy) will be verified before your park ticket is issued.

• Riding Formula Rossa requires a reservation upon arrival at the park!
• Please kindly note that Formula Rosa requires a reservation. Guests visiting the park must do it on-site.
• Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To register, guests can scan a QR CODE that will be available in many areas inside the park. They can also proceed to the information desk if they require further assistance.
• Once they scan the QR codes, guests will be able to book their time slot.
• It’s important that guests arrive at Formula Rosa at their pre-booked timeslot. No guest will be allowed to enter the ride without a booking for the specific time.
• Time slots are limited. Please advise guests to book as soon as they get to the park.
• There is a Booking limit of one time slot per day. An email is required to make the booking, and guests can book for up to 5 people using the same email. The email can be used one time per visit.
• Standard Fast Track is not valid for the Formula Rossa queue. An upgraded Fast Track can be purchased for Formula Rossa Fast Track+ available at the park. The price is 50 AED and entitles the holder to ONE RIDE ONLY.

• For multi-park tickets that allow access over more than one day, guests can avail their entitlement to visit the park (s) again, within six (6) calendar days of their first visit to the park.
• Tickets will be valid for 9 months from issuance.
• Unless otherwise stated, the product may not be redeemed during Ladies Nights, Ladies Days, or other blackout dates.
• Tour guides will not be permitted to scan tickets on behalf of the guests.
• The attraction park will refuse entry if a non-registered guest tries to use a ticket and will refer them back to the ticket issuer.

Ticket Details
This dated ticket allows one (1) adult or junior general admission to four (4) Yas Island theme parks:
• Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
• Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi
• Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi
• SeaWorld™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
(Individually referred to as a “Park” and collectively as the “Parks”.)
This ticket remains the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Parks. Your visit is subject to the applicable product-specific and general Terms & Conditions.

Usage & Validity
• The first Park visit must take place on or before the date shown on the ticket, otherwise the ticket will expire.
• The remaining Parks must be visited within six (6) calendar days of your first Park entry.
• The ticket allows a maximum of four (4) total Park entries.
• Visiting the same Park more than once counts as multiple entries.

Important Conditions
• This ticket is strictly non-transferable. All four entries must be used by the same guest.
• The Park reserves the right to verify guest identity at any time.
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Tickets are void if altered or damaged.

Age & Entry Rules
• Age restrictions may apply. Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.
• Children aged 2 and under enter free and do not require a ticket.

Park Rules & Safety
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Parks.
• Guests must comply with all ride rules and Park instructions.
• Height, safety, and health restrictions apply, and some guests may not be able to experience all rides.
• Guests must respect UAE morals and cultural values at all times.
• People of Determination: Some rides may not be accessible due to safety restrictions. Please review ride requirements on the official website before purchase.

Additional Information
• Only authorized sellers may resell or transfer tickets. Tickets bought from unauthorized sources are invalid.
• Some rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
