Additional Information
•If you are pregnant 3 months or more on the day of your flight, you are not permitted to fly.
•You should not scuba dive 24 hours before the date of your flight.
•All passengers, as part of the activity, must self-certify that they are medically fit to undertake the activity.
•The pilot in charge has the final absolute discretion to refuse to permit any person if in his opinion that person may be a danger to the flight, such as people who failed or were unable to follow safety instructions or if a person is physically unable to perform safety protocols. (Brace position etc).
•Children must be tall enough to see over the top of the basket. Minimum height is 135cm.
•Passengers 11yrs-16yrs must be accompanied by a person over 16.
•Adult weight limit is 130Kg.
•Mobile phones must be on flight mode during the flight.

Overview
Drift above the breathtaking natural landscapes of the Northern Emirates at sunrise during this hot air balloon flight. You’ll have the benefit of a knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly pilot who will explain everything about the flight and the landscape. From the undulating terracotta dunes to the indigenous wildlife of the area and the stunning view of the Hajar mountains and sunrise, the pilot will provide a unique perspective and enhance the experience.
After the flight, the adventure doesn't end. The post-ride experience includes light refreshments after landing of sparkling grape juice as per ballooning tradition with your pilot, who will present a signed flight certificate. Know before you go
• Children (135cm) must be tall enough to see over the top of the basket. Minimum age requirement is 6 years old and minimum height is 135cm.
• Passengers 11yrs -16yrs must be accompanied by a person above 16 years old.
•The adult ticket price applies to individuals aged 12 years old and above.
•Adult weight limit 130kg. (due to maximum total lift capacity please enquire prior to booking if a customer is over 130kg)
•Phones must be on flight mode during flight.
•Phone cameras are allowed during the flight.
• Balloon flights are available 7 days per week (during the ballooning season October 1 st – May 31st)
• Hot air balloon flights are a weather-dependent sport. Action Flight has the right to cancel operations due to unsuitable weather conditions.
• Activity start time refers to transfer pick-up times that will vary through-out the year according to sunset times, and depending on the emirate you are departing from.
•Your pick-up time and location will be confirmed via phone call by the reservation team between 18:30 and 19:30 the evening before your flight. Arrive 10 minutes earlier than the agreed pick-up.
• Within RAK passengers are collected from either their hotel or ENOC-Al Hamra Mall
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before scheduled flight. Late cancellation and No shows are fully non-refundable.
