Sky Views is Dubai's newest and most exciting destination for unique leisure activities and thrilling adventures. Situated 219.5 meters above the city, the Sky Views observatory boasts an impressive 25-meter glass floor, offering breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the surrounding cityscape. Visitors can also enjoy panoramic vistas from the elevator with its three glass sides and unwind with a drink at the Sky Views Café.
Additional Information
*Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
* Please note minors under 18 years of age require consent from their parents in person.
* Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes with no sharp metal edges which can damage the glass.
* Visitors in wheelchairs are welcome although service animals are not allowed.
* Keep in mind that attractions like the Edge Walk and Glass Slide are not included.
* Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Directions: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, the entry point is next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

The ticket does not include the slide experience nor the edge walk, those can be purchased through a supplement directly at the attraction's counter. *Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit. *Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable.
