Discover Dubai from above with General Admission to The View at The Palm during Prime Hours, and experience spectacular panoramas of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline from The Palm Tower.
Your journey begins with an interactive museum and gallery exploring the remarkable story behind the creation of Palm Jumeirah. From there, enjoy an immersive 45-second elevator ride featuring floor-to-ceiling digital displays inspired by the sea, sand and sky as you ascend to the observation deck on Level 52.
Once at the top, take in breathtaking views and discover The Ledge, an exciting new feature at The View. Eight spectacular glass ledges extend 1.5 metres beyond the viewing deck, creating striking new vantage points high above Dubai. Four overlook the fronds and crescent of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, while four face Dubai’s impressive skyline.
Step out onto the glass, look through beneath your feet and capture memorable photographs surrounded by one of Dubai’s most distinctive panoramas.
With General Admission during Prime Hours, enjoy the complete Level 52 experience, including the new Ledge feature, at one of The View’s most sought-after visiting periods.
Know before you go
•Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on the ticket at The View at The Palm.
•Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain under their guardian’s responsibility during the visit.
•The entire Level 52 experience is wheelchair accessible; however, the Level 54 “Next Level” experience is only accessible via stairs.
•Food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction.
•Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be stored in lockers near the entrance.
•Guests can visit on any date during the voucher validity period stated in the cancellation policy, provided they enter within the selected Peak or Non-Peak hours.
•Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
