• Our suggested visit time is 2-3 hours
• E-tickets can only be used for entry at the date and time shown on the ticket
• Please present your ticket on your smart phone and the barcode will be scanned
• Cancellations or amendments to bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel. Cancellations after this time will be charged at 100%
• Same day tickets are non-refundable
• During winter the penguins need to go to sleep earlier, so please be aware if you are visiting in the late afternoon the Polar Adventure zone may be dark
• Christmas at Sea Life runs 20th December - 4th January and is included with general admission
• All features, animal exhibits and seasonal activities are subject to availability
