● Once you have booked your chosen time slots, you will receive an email confirmation and an updated e-tickets showing all of your booked dates and times
● Multi-attraction tickets are valid for 90 days from the booked date of your first attraction visit. You can move the ticket up to 5 times within the 90 days
● Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years old
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time for Madame Tussauds
● Guests using a wheelchair must also book separate wheelchair timeslots in advance
● Guest must be 16+ years old to enter the Chamber of Horrors at Madame Tussauds
● A child ticket is valid for a child age 5 to 15 years old. It is not possible to purchase this multi attraction ticket for children under 5 years old due to the age restriction for the London Dungeon (Children under 5 are not permitted entry to the London Dungeon)
● The London Dungeon has closed the Tyrant Boat Ride for planned maintenance. The ride is expected to reopen late 2025
● Rides, shows and exhibits at all attractions are subject to availability

The date and time booked is for Madame Tussauds which is the first attraction visited. Before you visit the other four attractions included in your package, you must book your visit dates and times in advance using the link below. Children under 5 are not allowed.
