Please arrive for boarding by 6.15pm. Upon Arrival, walk straight down onto the pier where you will be greeted by the pier staff. Have your ticket ready to be then directed to your boarding point.

A refund can be processed up to 72 hours prior to travel. Cancellations less than 72 hours from travel are charged at 100%
